What do you need
Are you independent and self-reliant? If the answer is ‘yes’, then we’re halfway there! Apply for a Prompt Engineer position if you have:
- Ability to create and optimize effective prompts;
- Knowledge of GPT, Claude, LLaMA, and Mixtral;
- Understanding of Lang Chain, RAG, and TRAG concepts;
- Fluent English proficiency (min. B2+);
- Highly developed communication skills;
- Keep up with the latest trends in prompt engineering;
- Availability to work as a freelancer.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Practical familiarity with the Hugging Face platform;
- Technical background in NLP, Data Science, Machine Learning, etc., would be an additional asset;
- Experience working with an international team (you’ll collaborate daily with colleagues from the United States);
- Interest in cognitive science.
Who do we look for
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Creating and optimizing prompt content and defining various use cases to minimize user input on the Placester platform;
- Conducting tests and analyzing the effectiveness of prompts, implementing necessary corrections and adjustments;
- Ongoing collaboration with the development team and leadership at Placester;
- Monitoring trends and best practices in AI, introducing innovations and improvements.

With its user-friendly interface and a wide range of templates, Placester empowers real estate agents and agencies to effectively promote their services and listings online. Additionally, the platform offers integration with various tools and access to advanced features such as data analytics and marketing automation.
