About

We need a hero who’ll bravely a new product through the winding ways of the UI/UX maze and manages the design works on the project for our biggest client. 

Product is all about making real estates agents more efficient. If you don’t know a lot about the real estate market in the US don’t worry. We will teach you!

If you like working with a worldwide team and are not afraid of new challenges – we’re waiting for you!

What do you need

Are you independent, creative, and self-reliant? If the answer is ‘yes’, then we’re halfway there! But unfortunately, since life’s not so beautiful, we have some extra requirements as well:

  • You have proven experience in designing and developing mobile applications
  • You have a strong UX approach and experience in conducting usability tests - it will be extremely important, because the application will allow you to work quickly and you will have to iterate a lot on it
  • You are characterized by highly developed independence at work (at the beginning you will be the only person with these competences in the team)
  • Experience in working with start-ups - flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to business (nice to have)
  • At least B2 English
  • Experience in working on internal applications (dashboards, employee applications, customer service applications, etc.) (nice to have)
  • Experience in using Figma
  • Ability to performenace UX work based on KPIs (proposing changes based on their improvement, etc.) (nice to have)
