About the project
In our team, we’re redefining what quality means. This isn’t a role for a traditional tester who manually “clicks through the app” – we’re looking for someone who combines the functions of a QA process architect, automation systems creator, and thought leader. You’ll join a team developing an advanced SaaS platform for the US real estate market, enabling thousands of users to fully customize their websites and automate marketing in a no-code model.
Our goal for 2026 is a complete transformation towards AI-driven development, where quality is built into the code from the first prompt, not added at the end of the process. We believe the entire team is responsible for quality, which is why close collaboration with development will be a key part of this role. You’ll work as a mentor and coach – not just implementing modern tools, but driving real change in engineering habits and supporting the team in creating and developing tests in the Shift-left spirit.

What You’ll Do
✅Defining the future of QA: Determining how tests should be automated in 2026 using tools like Cursor and Playwright;
✅Automating critical paths: Independently automating key code sections to build a “critical mass” of tests and establish standards;
✅Building infrastructure: Creating solutions that allow running tests ad hoc, locally, and as an integral part of the CI/CD platform;
✅Coaching and Mentoring: Supporting developers in creating and developing tests at the moment code is written (Shift-left);
✅Thought Leadership: Being a thought leader in modern QA – defining what, when, and by whom should be automated;
✅Manual vs Auto Strategy: Identifying areas where manual testing still adds value and where it should be completely eliminated.
Who do we look for
MUST HAVE:
✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Engineering and test automation;
✅ Hands-on experience building automated tests using modern frameworks (Playwright preferred);
✅ Ability to write production-quality code (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or similar);
✅ Experience integrating automated tests with CI/CD pipelines;
✅ Experience working directly with developers and having a real impact on changing their work habits and approach to testing (mentoring);
✅ Commercial experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot);
✅ Fluent English and Polish (minimum B2+);
✅ Strong communication skills and proactivity. We value pragmatism – we’re looking for someone who prefers to simplify processes rather than create unnecessary documentation.
NICE TO HAVE:
✅ Experience defining quality practices in fast-growing environments (startups);
✅ Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and modern application deployment models;
✅ Previous experience leading quality initiatives within technical teams.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Stage 1: 45–60 minute interview with our recruiter. You’ll learn more about the project itself. Be prepared for several role-related questions in both Polish and English. At this stage, we want to get to know you as well as possible.
Stage 2: 60–90 minute technical interview.
Stage 3: 60-minute conversation with your future Team Leader – the VP of Engineering.
