WE WAIT FOR YOUR APPLICATION IF YOU HAVE:
- 3+ years of commercial experience in an analogous position;
- Very good knowledge of PHP and WordPress architecture on the backend side;
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and the ability to manage server environments;
- Practical knowledge of creating bash scripts;
- Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD processes;
- Ability to deeply analyze code and solve complex technical problems;
- Good knowledge of Polish (C1) and English (min. B2);
- Highly developed communication skills;
- High level of independence in task execution and proactivity.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Knowledge of jQuery will be an additional advantage
Who do we look for
Currently, we are looking for a person who will join the Placester Team as a PHP Developer. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Development and maintenance of PHP-based backend;
- Analysis and modification of existing code, including legacy code;
- Creating scripts to automate deployment processes;
- Solving complex technical problems.
Placester is one of our biggest clients from Boston, MA from the Real Estate industry. During the past five years, we have been developing a tool that allows to create real estate websites. The platform helps brokers, admins, & agents create and manage beautiful custom sites. They can create it on their own – fast and hassle-free.
Our development, product, and marketing teams are based in Poland, although you will also work with teams based in different locations. Placester is our base SaaS product, which is constantly being enhanced with new features.
Our technology stack includes: JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, AWS, Java.
