Just like the Avengers needed the Iron Man (feeling a strong Endgame vibe?), we’re searching for our very own Tony Stark – a person who not only understands business goals but is also ready to dive straight into the field.
Tony was an eloquent team-player who knew what he was doing (well, at least most of the time)… and this is precisely what we need in our team.
Alright, you don’t have to be an experienced orator/sarcastic genius but we require at least basic English as well as knowing your stuff.
P.S. At MPC, you won’t need to use your Iron-Man suit.
But if you show up in the office in it, you'll get +10 respect points.
