    About the project

    As an E-mail Marketing & Outreach Specialist (Freelance), you will join the team driving marketing initiatives for Placester.

    Placester is a US-based tech company with a 15-year track record. We develop a platform for website creation and marketing automation specifically for real estate agents in the USA. We operate at the intersection of SaaS, Real Estate, and Marketing.

    We work strategically and task-orientedly, with a sharp eye for detail and a clear focus on our goals (we track KPIs and draw data-driven conclusions). You won’t find corporate “blockers” or micromanagement here. We are looking for professionals with a proactive approach, a strong sense of ownership, and a commitment to high-quality results.     WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    E-mail Marketing (70%): Independently planning and executing campaigns—from newsletters to product and promotional communication.
    ✅Outreach & Visibility (15%): Outreach focused on increasing brand visibility, initiating partnerships, and supporting our SEO/GEO strategy (guest posting, directory/aggregator listings, and building brand authority).
    Content Support (10%): Supporting the marketing team in creating blog content.
    Reporting & Optimization (5%): Reporting on performance and proposing optimizations for ongoing activities.

    COMPENSATION & CONTRACT:

    We offer a B2B partnership with a compensation model tailored to your activity:

    • E-mail Marketing Campaigns: 40 – 60 PLN net / hour (the volume and type of mailings are agreed upon together).
    • Additional Activities: 40 – 60 PLN net / hour.
    • Blog / Marketing Content: 40 – 60 PLN net / 1,000 characters (with spaces).

    With regular cooperation and full commitment, monthly earnings can range from 7,000 to 10,000 PLN net (B2B). The final amount depends on the hours dedicated to campaigns and additional tasks.

    Who do we look for

    MUST-HAVE:

    Experience: At least 2 years of experience managing B2B e-mail marketing campaigns.
    Language: English proficiency at a C1 level.
    Tools: Proven experience with e-mail marketing platforms (e.g., MailerLite, GetResponse, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot).
    List Management: Proficiency in building and managing mailing lists, audience segmentation, optimizing deliverability, and navigating spam filters.
    Automation: Ability to implement automated e-mail workflows for onboarding, retention, and user reactivation.
    Copywriting: Skills to create copy that delivers value, builds brand loyalty, and drives engagement.
    Analytics: Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize performance based on results.
    Visuals: Comfortable creating/editing simple graphics for campaigns using templates and brand assets.
    Outreach: Openness to proactive outreach efforts aimed at securing brand mentions, initiating partnerships, and content/link exchanges.
    Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization, high proactivity, and a strongly developed sense of ownership.

    NICE-TO-HAVE:

    ✅ Experience in A/B testing or a desire to grow in the field of campaign optimization.
    ✅ Background in SaaS, IT, or Marketing Services.
    ✅ Experience in creating content across various marketing channels.
    ✅ A passion for experimenting with AI and automation tools.
    ✅ A general interest in digital marketing and a drive to explore new areas.

    RECRUITMENT PROCESS:

    STAGE 1: A 45–60 minute interview with our Recruiter to learn more about the project. Be prepared for a few role-related questions in both Polish and English.
    STAGE 2: A technical assignment.
    STAGE 3: An approximately 90-minute online interview with your future Team and an HR representative.
