About the project
As a Freelance Content Writer, you will join the marketing team for Placester. We are currently looking for two talented individuals to join our ranks.
Placester is a US-based tech company with a 15-year history. We develop a platform for website creation and marketing automation specifically for real estate agents in the USA. We operate at the intersection of SaaS, Real Estate, and Marketing.
We work strategically and task-orientedly, with a sharp eye for detail and a clear focus on our goals (we track KPIs and draw data-driven conclusions). You won’t find corporate “blockers” or micromanagement here. We are looking for professionals with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to results. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
✅Content Creation (80%): Creating, updating, and publishing engaging content—primarily blog posts, but also MOFU assets (case studies, guides, reports, expert content).
✅Social Media Promotion (10%): Promoting published content across social media channels (Facebook and LinkedIn).
✅GEO Outreach (10%): Guest posting, managing listings/aggregators, and building brand visibility and authority.
COMPENSATION & CONTRACT:
We offer a B2B partnership with a compensation model tailored to your activity:
- Articles / Blog posts / Content: 40 – 60 PLN net / 1,000 characters (with spaces).
- Additional activities: 40 – 60 PLN net / hour.
With regular cooperation and full commitment, monthly earnings can range from 7,000 to 10,000 PLN net (B2B). The final amount depends on the volume of articles and hours dedicated to additional tasks in a given month.
Who do we look for
MUST-HAVE:
✅ Experience: At least 2 years of experience creating engaging, high-value B2B content in English (we’d love to see your portfolio or writing samples!).
✅ Language: English proficiency at a C1 level.
✅ SEO Savvy: You know how to balance SEO requirements with writing for humans.
✅ Toolbox: Experience with the following tools:
- SurferSEO / NeuronWriter (or similar);
- ChatGPT / Claude / related AI tools;
- WordPress / Elementor;
- Graphic design software for simple assets (e.g., Canva).
✅ Quality-Driven: You care deeply about the quality of your content and treat it as a reflection of both your professional brand and the company’s.
✅ Research Skills: You know how to conduct thorough research—finding, verifying, and prioritizing information without relying solely on AI.
✅ AI Enthusiast: You enjoy experimenting with AI and automation to optimize your workflow, yet you remain fully aware of their limitations.
✅ Soft Skills: Excellent self-organization, a proactive attitude, and a high level of ownership.
NICE-TO-HAVE:
✅ Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
✅ Familiarity with GEO and AEO and the ability to apply these concepts in practice.
✅ Experience with analytical tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, etc.).
✅ Background in SaaS, IT, or Marketing Services.
✅ Experience in UX writing.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
STAGE 1: A 45–60 minute interview with our Recruiter to learn more about the project. Be prepared for a few role-related questions in both Polish and English.
STAGE 2: A technical assignment.
STAGE 3: An approximately 90-minute online interview with your future Team and an HR representative.
