What do you need
Join the team building Blueprint AI – a revolutionary platform automating the creation of professional websites for the real estate industry. We leverage cutting-edge AI models (OpenAI, Perplexity) and generative tools (Runware) to automate research, content generation, and website design.
You’ll work in a high-speed, low-process environment – we ship to production daily. Your work directly impacts how real estate professionals experience AI-built websites. We use Cursor IDE as a natural extension of the mind – AI is your pair programmer, not just an assistant.
The role involves close collaboration with our product team based in the USA, so expected working hours are 9:00-17:00 Central European Time. Flexibility with later start/end times would be a bonus. Current communication with the team is conducted in both English and Polish.
What You’ll Do
✅ Build and improve Blueprint AI’s orchestration engine in NestJS;
✅ Integrate with Perplexity, OpenAI, and Runware APIs to automate research, content, and design generation;
✅ Closely collaborate with product and design teams on output quality and UX;
✅ Ship to production daily – continuous improvement, zero bureaucracy;
✅ Proactively explore and adopt new AI models as they are released;
✅ Contribute your own ideas for features, prompt designs, and AI-driven automation;
✅ Analyze user behavior (e.g., via LogRocket) and propose improvements.
Who do we look for
MUST HAVE:
✅ Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a developer;
✅ Technical expertise:
- NestJS and TypeScript – solid experience building backend applications
- REST/GraphQL APIs – integrations with external services
- Cursor IDE (or similar AI coding environments) – used daily as your primary tool
- LLM APIs (OpenAI, Perplexity, or similar) – experience integrating with AI models
✅ “AI-first” mindset – you understand when to prompt and when to code;
✅ Fluent English and Polish (minimum B2+ level);
✅ Highly developed communication skills, creativity, and proactivity.
NICE TO HAVE:
✅ Experience with Perplexity API, OpenAI Responses API, or Runware;
✅ Knowledge of AI prompt engineering or generative UX/UI;
✅ Experience in real estate, web publishing, or content generation systems.
