About the project
You will join our team developing Open Home Pro — a tool for real estate agents, available both as a mobile app (iPad/Android) and a web version. The platform digitizes and streamlines open house events: it replaces paper sign-in sheets with a digital registration form, works offline, automatically synchronizes and organizes leads, and sends personalized follow-up emails.
OHP also provides open house performance analytics, automatic reports for sellers, custom branding, and advanced lead management, helping agents more effectively convert visitors into real clients.
AI is a key part of our process — we work in a Human-Guided AI Development model, where tools such as Cursor act as a real pair-programmer. We expect not only solid Flutter experience, but also confidence and curiosity in using AI in everyday work.

What You’ll Do
✅Building, developing, and improving platform features powered by generative AI;
✅Working with AI as your daily tool for generating, modifying, and debugging code;
✅Applying fixes, refactoring, and iteratively improving code quality and system logic;
✅Collaborating with product and design teams to enhance the quality of AI-generated output;
✅Delivering updates in a fast-paced environment focused on frequent releases (daily shipping);
✅Experimenting with new AI models, tools, and techniques, and proposing improvements;
✅Bringing your own ideas for automation, workflow optimization, and new features.
Who do we look for
MUST HAVE:
✅ Minimum 2 years of commercial experience working with:

Flutter (mid): Dart, core widgets, Material Design, state management (setState, Riverpod), navigation (go_router), API integration;
-
JavaScript (junior): Node.js (express.js), TypeScript, ES6+, REST APIs, Redux/Context API, npm/yarn;

Databases: MySQL, MongoDB;

Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker)
✅ Experience in building mobile applications and e-commerce/marketplace platforms;
✅ Knowledge of Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions);
✅ Ability to do cross-platform development and integrate mobile applications with web systems;
✅ Commercial experience using Cursor IDE (or another AI-assisted IDE) for writing and debugging code;
✅ AI-first mindset — you understand when to prompt and when to code;
✅ Fluency in English and Polish (minimum B2+);
✅ Highly developed communication skills, creativity, and proactiveness.
NICE TO HAVE:
✅ WordPress (junior): PHP, WooCommerce, Custom Post Types, ACF, hooks/filters, plugin development, REST API;
✅ Experience with automated testing and application build pipelines;
✅ Experience working with Firebase/Supabase;
✅ Published applications in the App Store / Play Store;
✅ Practical knowledge of cloud services such as AWS;
✅ Familiarity with error monitoring tools (Sentry).
RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Stage 1: 45–60-minute interview with our recruiter. You’ll learn more about the project and answer a few role-related questions in both Polish and English. At this stage, we want to get to know you as well as possible.
Stage 2: A technical task that allows us to practically verify your knowledge of the technologies listed in the job offer.
Stage 3: 60–90-minute technical interview and a meeting with your future team.
